If the consumer doesn't pay a premium, make a selection or spread the word, then no brand value exists for that consumer. A brand's value is merely the sum total of how much extra people will pay, or how often they choose, the expectations, memories, stories and relationships of one brand over the alternatives.

Green Drop Garage is a full-service automobile garage which focuses on environmentally-friendly shop practices and promotes itself as a friendly and sophisticated organization where the customer need not worry about being unnecessarily upsold.
The shop's owner felt that the Green Drop brand identity did not accurately reflect its commitment to simplicity, approachability, and consumer confidence. The logo was cluttered. Their website was not easily navigated and lacked tools to easily book an oil change online or complete e-commerce transactions.
Working with the owner, we took on the task of updating Green Drop's brand identity to reflect a more sophisticated, yet friendlier company with an emphasis on reducing clutter while maintaining approachability to the brand and minimizing loss of brand recognition in existing customer base.
Deliverables included a new logo, complete responsive redesign of existing WordPress website, deployment of ecommerce capabilities and online booking, redesigned business cards and customer loyalty cards, billboard advertising and handout collateral all reflecting new branding. In addition, we deployed new labor management tools to streamline shop efficiency by restructuring existing labor management policies to use these new tools while maintaining and integrating the functionality of existing mission-critical tools and policies
Client reports continued recognition of friendliness and clarity in the new brand identity, including excellence in web design, increased conversion of visitors for online booking, reduced overhead in labor management and increased efficiency of shop staff, reduced printed materials and paper waste.
